Made in Germany | Lithuania – Europe’s Biggest Farmer
Siegfried Hofreiter owns 20.000 hectares of farmland making him Europe’s biggest farmer. Most of that land is in eastern Germany and Lithuania. Hofreiter does 28 million euros of business every year and his company is listed on the stock exchange. He’s seeking to diversify into producing biogas but agriculture is a risky business even at the best of times when the world’s population is growing and when prosperity in developing countries is driving up demand for food. Our reporter travelled to Lithuania to meet Hofreiter at his third farm.

Where else in the world can you have American capitalism and European culture–beside San Francisco?
???? Or am I totally confused???
Basically, I want to go someplace that is flavorful, cultured, conscience of society type of place… but also someplace that allows capitalism and free enterprise (to an extent)
I’m thinking California, Germany… maybe Toronto—but I want to be near PEOPLE… not just a couple…how’s that for a start?
What are some great guided European tours?
What are some great European tours that are guided by a tour guide?
We have never been to Europe and would love to go on a guided tour through EVERY country lol (which is not really possible lol (maybe) and want to see EVERYTHING lol!!!
The tour should include common countries like:
- France
- Italy
- England
- Spain
- Germany
AND some extras like:
- Switzerland
- Ireland
- Greece (WOULD LOVE TO GO HERE!!!)
Maybe I am asking too much when I list all those countries but we have never been to Europe and when we go, we want to experience everything. What are some great European tour companies to look into and what are some great European tour packages to look into that offer all or most of those countries?
Thanks

1. Germany
2. Spain
3. Romania
4. UK
5.France
6. Holland
7. Switzerland
8. Greece
9. Turkey
10. Russia
Now I have all of these countries included except for Russia. I need Ideas for the best country to start in, and the best to end in. Also need info on any festivals going on in these countries. Plus ideas of where to go in each country, and what to do. Tell me what I need to do, and what I need to miss. Any info would be much appreciated.
