I’m true Lithuanian i speak fluently russian lithuanian english and french. to tell you the truth. every 3rd peron in lithuania speaks russian. approx all old people speak russian only or a little bit lithuanian. maybe the youth speak lithuanian only. but they would understand russian aswel
